While a bunch of you are out drooling over the UMPCs being uncovered at CeBIT, my colleague was here at the office oohing and aahing over this beautiful little machine from Samsung. This is the Samsung Anycall SPH-P9200, also known as the Deluxe MITs, an entirely new form factor that solves a lot of the dilemmas that UMPCs are facing. It's got a full size keyboard folds in half and also acts as a touchpad. Additionally, this little beauty comes with WiBRO, HSDPA and Wifi built-in for a wide range of connectivity.
It's got a sweet 1024x600 touchscreen and it also does double duty as a phone, which let's it run under the Samsung Anycall brand. We've been seeing this device floating around at tradeshows, but I believe the UMPC in this video is a full production model and that it's beginning to find it's way into consumers' hands in Korea as we speak. Check out the video for all the juicy deets.
